《GB/T 18612-2001原油中有机氯含量的测定 微库仑计法》由515（中国石油天然气集团公司）归口，主管部门为中国石油天然气集团公司。
本标准规定了先蒸馏原油样品，然后用燃烧-微库仑计法测定石脑油馏分中有机氯含量，从而计算出原油中有机氯含量（μg/g）的方法。本标准适用于有机氯含量大于1μg/g的原油，不适用于总硫含量大于有机氯含量10 000倍的样品。本标准没有提出与其应用时有的全部问题。在使用前，本标准的使用者有责任制定相应的安全和保健措施，并明确其受限制的适用范围。

Scope

1.1 This standard stipulates the method of distilling the crude oil sample first, and then measuring the organic chlorine content in the naphtha fraction by the combustion-microcoulometry method, so as to calculate the organic chlorine content (μg/g) in the crude oil. 1.2 This standard applies to crude oil with organic chlorine content greater than 1 μ9/g, but not to samples with total sulfur content greater than 10,000 times the organic chlorine content. 1.3 This standard does not address all safety issues related to its application. Before use, it is the responsibility of the user of this standard to establish appropriate safety and health measures and to clarify its limited scope of application.
