本标准规定了牛传染性胸膜肺炎的病原学检查、聚合酶 链 式 反 应 (PCR)、补 体 结 合 试 验、竞 争ELISA(C-ELISA)试验诊断技术要求。病原学检查和聚合酶链式反应(PCR)适用于急性、亚急性及慢性病牛的病原诊断,补体结合试验和竞争 ELISA(C-ELISA)试验适用于牛传染性胸膜肺炎感染牛的抗体检测。
本标准适用于口岸、产地及集散地、养殖企业或养殖户对牛传染性胸膜肺炎的诊断。

Scope

This standard specifies technical requirements for etiological examination, polymerase chain reaction (PCR), complement fixation test and competitive ELISA (C-ELISA) test of bovine contagious pleuropneumonia. Etiological examination and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) are suitable for pathogen diagnosis of acute, subacute and chronic disease cattle, and complement fixation test and competition ELISA (C-ELISA) test are suitable for antibody detection of bovine infectious pleuropneumonia infection cattle. This standard is applicable to the diagnosis of bovine contagious pleuropneumonia at ports, production and distribution centers, breeding enterprises or farmers.
