本标准规定了牛传染性胸膜肺炎的病原学检查、补体结合试验、微量凝集试验诊断技术要求。本标准适用于牛传染性胸膜肺炎的检验。病原学检查适用于急性、亚急性及慢性病牛分离病原体，补体结合试验和微量凝集试验适用于牛肺疫抗体的检测。

Scope

This standard specifies technical requirements for etiological examination, complement fixation test and microagglutination test of bovine contagious pleuropneumonia. This standard applies to the inspection of bovine contagious pleuropneumonia. Etiological examination is suitable for isolating pathogens from cattle with acute, subacute and chronic diseases, complement fixation test and micro agglutination test are suitable for detection of bovine pneumonia antibody.
