《GB/T 18726-2002现代设计工程集成技术的软件接口规范》由TC159（全国自动化系统与集成标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准定义并促使与技术信息系统（TIS）相关的不同软件系统提供并开放信息交流的中间件。这些软件系统主要可分为以下几类：PDM、CAD、CAPP等，开放的中间接口可用于支持与现代设计工程相关的许多其他软件系统，如CAE、CAM等，也可支持如ERP等管理信息系统。本标准适用于指导企业在实施技术信息集成过程中，定义不同软件的动态接口或在选购相关软件时作为判断其可集成程度的参考。

Scope

This standard defines and enables middleware for the provision and open exchange of information by different software systems related to technical information systems (TIS). These software systems can be mainly divided into the following categories: PDM, CAD, CAPP, etc. The open intermediate interface can be used to support many other software systems related to modern design engineering, such as CAE, CAM, etc., and can also support management information such as ERP system. This standard is applicable to guide enterprises to define the dynamic interface of different software in the process of implementing technical information integration or as a reference for judging the degree of integration when purchasing related software.
