《GB/T 18779.1-2002产品几何量技术规范（GPS） 工件与测量设备的测量检验 第1部分:按规范检验合格或不合格的判定规则》由TC240（全国产品几何技术规范标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了按给定的（工作）公差限或（测量设备的）最大允许误差，并考虑其测量不确定度，检验工件或测量设备的特性合格或不合格的判定规则。本标准还规定了测量结果在不确定区内按规范判断合格或不合格的规则。本标准适用于产品几何量技术规范（GPS）标准中规定的工件规范（通常以公差限给定）和测量设备规范（通常以最大允许误差给定）。非GPS标准的技术规范也可参照采用。本标准不适用于用极限量规的检验。

Scope

This standard specifies the rules for judging whether the characteristics of workpieces or measuring equipment are qualified or unqualified according to a given tolerance limit (of workpiece) or maximum allowable error (of measuring equipment) and taking into account the measurement uncertainty. This standard also specifies the rules for judging whether the measurement results are qualified or unqualified within the uncertainty region (see 3.23). This standard applies to the workpiece specifications (usually given by tolerance limits) and measuring equipment specifications (usually given by the maximum allowable error) specified in the product geometric quantity technical specification (GPS) standard. The technical specifications of non-GPS standards can also be adopted by reference. This standard does not apply to inspections using limit gauges.
