《GB/T 18779.2-2004产品几何量技术规范(GPS) 工件与测量设备的测量检验 第2部分:测量设备校准和产品检验中GPS测量的不确定度评定指南》由TC240(全国产品几何技术规范标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会
GB/T 18779的本部分规定了不确定度管理程序(PUMA)。它是以《测量不确定度表示指南》(GUM)和JJF 1059:1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》为基础,用于评定测量结果不确定度的实用性逼近部分。本部分适用于工业生产GPS领域中测量标准和测量设备的校准以及工件GPS特征量的测量。目的是给出完成不确定度报告所需的全部信息,并为测量结果及其不确定度(顾客和供方之间的关系)的国际、国内比对提供基矗本部分通常也用于下述情况的不确定度评定和给出不确定度报告:--单个测量结果;--两个或多个测量结果的比较;--由一个(或多个)工件(或测量设备)得到的测量结果与给定的规范(即测量设备或测量标准的计量特征量的最大允许误差MPE,以及工件特征量的公差限等)的比较,以判明是否合格。


Scope

This Part of GB/T 18779 specifies the Uncertainty Management Procedure (PUMA). It is based on "Guidelines for the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement" (GUM) and JJF 1059: 1999 "Assessment and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement" and is a practical approximation procedure for evaluating the uncertainty of measurement results. This part applies to the calibration of measurement standards and measuring equipment in the field of GPS in industrial production and the measurement of GPS feature quantities of workpieces. The purpose is to give all the information needed to complete the uncertainty report and provide a basis for international and domestic comparisons of measurement results and their uncertainties (relationships between customers and suppliers). This standard is also generally used for uncertainty evaluation and uncertainty reporting in the following situations: - a single measurement result; - a comparison of two or more measurement results; Compare the measurement results obtained by (or measuring equipment) with the given specifications (ie, the maximum allowable error MPE of the metrological characteristic quantity of the measuring equipment or measurement standard, and the tolerance limit of the workpiece characteristic quantity, etc.) to determine whether it is qualified.
