《GB/T 18816-2002船用热交换器通用技术条件》由TC137（全国船用机械标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了船用冷却器、冷凝器、加热器的要求、试验方法、检验规则等。本标准适用于设计压力不大于2.5MPa，介质温度不超过250℃的滑油、燃油、液压油、海水、淡水、蒸汽、空气、氨、氟里昂（推荐用氢氟烃、碳氢化合物等无氟制冷剂代替）等热交换器设计制造和验收。
Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, and inspection rules for marine coolers, condensers, and heaters (hereinafter referred to as heat exchangers). This standard applies to lubricating oil, fuel oil, hydraulic oil, sea water, fresh water, steam, air, ammonia, Freon (recommended to use hydrofluorocarbons, hydrocarbons, etc. Design, manufacture and acceptance of heat exchangers such as fluorine refrigerants.
