《GB/T 18816-2014船用热交换器通用技术条件》由TC137（全国船用机械标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了船用冷却器、冷凝器、加热器和蒸发器等热交换器的要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装和贮存等。
本标准适用于设计压力不大于2.5 MPa,介质温度不超过350℃的滑油、燃油、液压油、导热油、海水、淡水、蒸汽、空气、氨、溴化锂、R22和R134a(或其他制冷剂)等热交换器的设计、制造和验收。

Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marks, packaging and storage of marine coolers, condensers, heaters and evaporators and other heat exchangers. This standard is applicable to lubricating oil, fuel oil, hydraulic oil, heat transfer oil, sea water, fresh water, steam, air, ammonia, lithium bromide, R22 and R134a (or other refrigerants) with a design pressure not greater than 2.5 MPa and a medium temperature not exceeding 350°C Design, manufacture and acceptance of heat exchangers.
