《GB/T 18853-2002液压传动过滤器 评定滤芯过滤性能的多次通过方法》由TC3(全国液压气动标准化技术委员会)归口,TC3SC4(全国液压气动标准化技术委员会液压污染控制分会)执行,主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了:――液压传动滤芯在连续污染物注入条件下的多次通过过滤性能试验;――测定纳污容量、颗粒滤除特性和压降特性的规程;――目前适用于液压传动滤芯的试验。这种滤芯尺寸小于或等于25μm(c)颗粒的平均过滤比应大于或等于75,并且试验结束时油箱的重量污染度小于200 mg/L。
Scope
1.1 This standard stipulates: ——multi-pass filtration performance test of hydraulic transmission filter elements under the condition of continuous pollutant injection; ——determination of dirt holding capacity, particle removal characteristics and pressure drop characteristics; Transmission filter test. The average filtration ratio of the filter element to particles with a size less than or equal to 25 μm (c) should be greater than or equal to 75, and the weight pollution degree of the fuel tank at the end of the test should be less than 200 mg/L; - The test should use ISO intermediate test powder and the provisions of Appendix A of oil. 1.2 This standard specifies a test method that is not affected by static changes, and the test data is reproducible, which is suitable for evaluating the filtration performance of hydraulic filter elements.
