《GB/T 18853-2015液压传动过滤器 评定滤芯过滤性能的多次通过方法》由TC3(全国液压气动标准化技术委员会)归口,TC3SC4(全国液压气动标准化技术委员会液压污染控制分会)执行,主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定以下内容:
a) 液压传动滤芯在污染物连续注入条件下的多次通过过滤性能试验;
b) 测定纳垢容量、颗粒滤除和压差特性的程序;
c) 目前适用于液压传动滤芯的试验。这种滤芯对尺寸小于或等于25 ?m(c)颗粒其平均过滤比大于或等于75,并且试验结束时的油箱重量污染度小于200 mg/L。
注:试验设备的流量范围和颗粒尺寸下限通过验证确定。
d) 使用ISO中级试验粉末和附录A规定的试验油液进行的试验。
本标准适用于三种试验条件:
--试验条件1,上游基本重量污染度为3 mg/L;
--试验条件2,上游基本重量污染度为10 mg/L;
--试验条件3,上游基本重量污染度为15 mg/L。
Scope
This standard stipulates the following contents: a) Multi-pass filtration performance test of hydraulic transmission filter elements under the condition of continuous injection of pollutants; b) Procedures for determining dirt holding capacity, particle removal and differential pressure characteristics; c) Currently applicable to hydraulic transmission Filter test. This filter element has an average filtration ratio greater than or equal to 75 for particles with a size less than or equal to 25 μm (c), and the fuel tank weight pollution degree at the end of the test is less than 200 mg/L; d) use ISO intermediate test powder and the provisions of Appendix A The test carried out with the test oil. This standard is applicable to the following three test conditions: --Test condition 1, the upstream basis weight pollution degree is 3 mg/L; --Test condition 2, the upstream basis weight pollution degree is 10 mg/L; --Test condition 3, The upstream basis weight contamination level was 15 mg/L.
