《GB/T 18856.4-2008水煤浆试验方法第4部分：表观粘度测定》由TC42（全国煤炭标准化技术委员会）归口，TC42SC1（全国煤炭标准化技术委员会煤炭检测分会）执行，主管部门为中国煤炭工业协会。
本次修订的GB/T 18856《水煤浆试验方法》分为7个部分，本部分为GB/T 18856的第4部分。
本部分代替GB/T 18856.4-2002《水煤浆质量试验方法第4部分：水煤浆表观黏度测定方法》。
本部分与GB/T 18856.4-2002相比主要作了如下修改：
――增加了试验报告一章（本版第10章）。本部分规定了用同轴圆筒旋转黏度计测定水煤浆表观黏度的术语和定义、方法提要、试剂和材料、仪器设备、试验条件、试验步骤、结果计算、方法精密度和试验报告。本部分适用于各种水煤浆。

Scope

This part of GB/T 18856 specifies the terms and definitions, method summary, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, test conditions, test procedures, result calculation, and method precision for measuring the apparent viscosity of coal-water slurry with a coaxial cylinder rotational viscometer. degrees and test reports.
