《GB/T 18876.3-2008应用自动图像分析测定钢和其它金属中金相组织、夹杂物含量和级别的标准试验方法 第3部分 钢中碳化物级别的图像分析与体视学测定》由TC183(全国钢标准化技术委员会)归口,TC183SC14(全国钢标准化技术委员会金相检验方法分会)执行,主管部门为中国钢铁工业协会。
GB/T18876的本部分规定了依据GB/T18254―2002技术标准对铬轴承钢中碳化物液析、碳化物带状的级别进行的自动图像分析测定的各种步骤。同时也描述了应用ISO5949:1983对工具钢、轴承钢中碳化物带状级别和按SEP1520―1998对特殊钢中碳化物带状级别进行自动图像测定的方法。


Scope

This part of GB/T 18876 stipulates the various steps of automatic image analysis and determination of carbide liquid analysis and carbide ribbon level in chromium bearing steel according to GB/T 18254-2002 technical standard. Also described are methods for the automatic image determination of carbide banding levels in tool and bearing steels according to ISO 5949-1983 and in special steels according to SEP 1520-1998. This section does not involve the determination of pearlite and carbide network. This standard is a recommended test method only and does not prescribe acceptance levels for any steel or other metal. This section does not describe the safety issues related to the application. It is the user's responsibility to establish proper safety and health practices and to determine the applicability of the regulatory provisions before applying this section.
