Scope
This part of GB/T 18910 applies to field-type passive monochrome liquid crystal displays, and it gives details of the quality assessment procedures, inspection requirements, screening sequences, sampling requirements, tests and test methods required for the evaluation of liquid crystal displays. For all products manufactured according to the specified process, the capability approval procedure can replace the qualification approval procedure (see 11.7 of the QC001002 procedure regulation, but the capability approval procedure for liquid crystal display is currently under consideration). All requirements of this specification remain in effect unless a revision is requested in 4.7.
