《GB/T 18935-2003口蹄疫诊断技术》由TC181（全国动物卫生标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为农业农村部。
本标准规定了口蹄疫病毒（foot-and-mouth disease virus,FMDV）的微量补体结合试验、食道探杯查毒试验、反转录聚合酶链反应（RT-PCR），病毒中的试验、液相阻断酶联免疫吸附试验、病毒感染相关抗原（VIA）琼脂凝胶免疫扩散（AGID）试验的技术要求。本标准所规定的试验技术适用于检测各种不同样品中的口蹄疫病毒抗原或抗体。

Scope

This standard specifies the micro complement fixation test, esophageal probe cup virus detection test, reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), virus neutralization test, liquid Phase blocking-enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, viral infection-associated antigen (VIA) agar gel immunodiffusion (AGID) test technical requirements. The test techniques specified in this standard are applicable to the detection of FMD virus antigens or antibodies in various samples.
