《GB/T 18944.1-2003高聚物多孔弹性材料 海绵与多孔橡胶制品 第1部分:片材》由TC35（全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会）归口，TC35SC7（全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会橡胶杂品分会）执行，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准对多孔弹性橡胶制品即海绵与多孔橡胶进行了分类，在制造中使用的原材料可以是天然橡胶、再生胶或合成橡胶，它们可以单独使用或混合使用。本标准本部分只适用于片材。本标准不适用于海绵橡胶、鞋底胶或其他类似的微孔多孔制品、多孔硬质橡胶、原生弹性半硬质聚氨脂海绵胶或再生弹性半硬质聚氨脂泡沫胶、聚氯乙烯或再生聚氯乙烯或混有其他聚合物的聚氯乙烯。

Scope

This standard classifies porous elastic rubber products, namely sponge and porous rubber. The raw materials used in the manufacture can be natural rubber, reclaimed rubber or synthetic rubber, which can be used alone or in combination. This part of this standard applies only to sheets. 1.2 This standard does not apply to sponge rubber, shoe sole rubber or other similar microporous products, multi-pore hard rubber, original elastic semi-rigid polyurethane sponge rubber or regenerated elastic semi-rigid polyurethane foam rubber, Polyvinyl chloride or recycled polyvinyl chloride or polyvinyl chloride mixed with other polymers. 1.3 The following two types are stipulated: Type 1: open-cell rubber (usually called sponge rubber); Type 2: closed-cell rubber (usually called foam rubber); Classified relative to oil resistance and/or temperature resistance, graded according to a specific range of compression set requirements. Products can further specify additional requirements by adding additional letters after the type, class, and grade. Add numbers after the letters to indicate the test method. 1.4 It should be noted that most of the extruded profiles or molded profiles are too small in size when cutting the standard test pieces. These products are difficult to classify and test by the method specified in this part of this standard, so these steps cannot be used Experiment with it. When there is a conflict between the provisions of this part of this standard and the detailed provisions of special products or the provisions of test methods for specific products, the latter provisions shall be adopted and special instructions shall be given.
