《GB/T 18957-2008地理标志产品 洞庭（山）碧螺春茶》由TC554（全国知识管理标准化技术委员会）归口，TC554SC1（全国知识管理标准化技术委员会地理标志分会）执行，主管部门为国家知识产权局。
本标准规定了洞庭（山）碧螺春茶的术语和定义、地理标志产品保护范围、分级及实物标准样、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、标签和包装、运输、贮存。
本标准适用于国家质量监督检验检疫行政主管部门根据《地理标志产品保护规定》批准保护的洞庭（山）碧螺春茶。本标准根据《地理标志产品保护规定》及ＧＢ／Ｔ１７９２４《地理标志产品标准通用要求》制定。
本标准代替ＧＢ１８９５７―２００３《原产地域产品　洞庭（山）碧螺春茶》。 本标准与ＧＢ１８９５７―２００３相比主要变化如下：
―――将标准属性由强制性改为推荐性；
―――根据国家质量监督检验检疫总局颁布的《地理标志产品保护规定》，修改了标准中英文名称及相关表述；
―――将有关“净含量允差”修改为“净含量允许短缺量”；
―――依据ＧＢ２７６２和ＧＢ２７６３，将卫生指标改为污染物限量指标和农药最大残留限量指标；
―――修改了保质期要求。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of Dongting (Mountain) Biluochun tea, the scope of protection of geographical indication products, grading and physical standard samples, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels and packaging, transportation, and storage. This standard is applicable to Dongting (Mountain) Biluochun tea approved for protection by the national quality supervision, inspection and quarantine administrative department in accordance with the "Regulations on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products".
