《GB/T 18975.2-2008工业自动化系统与集成 流程工厂（包括石油和天然气生产设施）生命周期数据集成 第2部分：数据模型》由TC159（全国自动化系统与集成标准化技术委员会）归口，TC159SC4（全国自动化系统与集成标准化技术委员会工业数据分会）执行，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
GB/T 18975《工业自动化系统与集成 流程工厂（包括石油和天然气生产设施）生命周期数据集成》分为两部分，本部分是GB/T 18975的第2部分。本部分等同采用ISO 15926-2：2003《工业自动化系统与集成 流程工厂（包括石油和天然气生产设施）生命周期数据集成 第2部分：数据模型》。
为了用计算机表达流程工厂的技术信息，GB/T 18975的本部分规定了一种概念性数据模型。
本部分适用于：
ａ）规定生产、加工和运输加工原料的技术条件。
ｂ）规定生产和加工所需原料的必要设施。包括以下部分：
―――碳氢化合物加工与环境系统；
―――已注入气和水的环境以及注射系统；
―――石油与天然气产品输送系统；
―――安全与控制系统；
―――发电与供电系统；
―――蒸汽产生与供给系统；
―――结构；
―――厂房和设施。
ｃ）为提供必需的生产和加工功能，对原料和设备进行描述和选择，包括有关市场可用的原料和设
备、工厂设备的安装和投料试运转信息。
ｄ）生产和加工运转，包括生产条件及加工原料的消耗量、产量和质量。
ｅ）设备的维修和更换。
本部分不适用于：
―――厂房、生产设备和设施的建造。

Scope

This part of GB/T 18975 specifies a conceptual data model in order to express the technical information of process plants by computer. This part applies to: a) To specify the technical conditions for the production, processing and transportation of raw materials for processing. b) Specify the necessary facilities for the production and processing of the required raw materials. Includes the following: Hydrocarbon Processing and Environmental Systems; Injected Gas and Water Environments and Injection Systems; Oil and Gas Product Delivery Systems; Safety and Control Systems; Power Generation and Power Systems; Steam Generation and Supply Systems; Structures; Plant and facility. c) In order to provide necessary production and processing functions, describe and select raw materials and equipment, including information about raw materials and equipment available in the market, installation of plant equipment, and feeding trial operation. d) Production and processing operations, including production conditions and consumption, output and quality of processing raw materials. e) Repair and replacement of equipment. This section does not apply to: construction of plant, production equipment and facilities.
