《GB/T 18990.1-2003黄体生成素（LH）检测试纸第1部分:优孕试纸》由TC136（全国医用临床检验实验室和体外诊断系统标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家药品监督管理局。
本部分规定了优孕试纸的术语和定义、技术要求、试验方法、检验和判定、包装、标志、运输和贮存，适用于利用抗原体反应及免疫层析一步法原理，通过测定育龄妇女尿液中黄体生成素水平来确定排卵时间，以用于指导妇女选择最佳受孕时机的优孕试纸。

Scope

This part of GB/T 18990 specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection and judgment, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of the pregnancy test paper. This part applies to the use of antigen-antibody reaction and the principle of one-step immunochromatography to determine the ovulation time by measuring the level of luteinizing hormone in the urine of women of childbearing age, so as to guide women to choose the best time to conceive. Pregnancy test paper (hereinafter referred to as test strips).
