本标准表述了GB/T 19000族标准中质量管理体系的基础，并确定了相关的术语。本标准适用于：a) 通过实施质量管理体系寻求信任的组织；b) 对能满足其产品要求的供方寻求信任的组织；c) 产品的使用者；d) 就质量管理方面所使用的术语需要达成共识的人们（如：供方、顾客、行政执法机构）e) 评价组织的质量管理体系或依据GB/T 19001的要求审核其符合性的内部或外部人员和机构[如：审核员、行政执法机构、认证（注册）机构]；f) 对组织质量管理体系提出建议或提供培训的内部或外部人员；g) 指定相关标准的人员。

Scope

This standard describes the basis of the quality management system in the GB/T 19000 family of standards and defines the relevant terms. This International Standard is applicable to: a. Organizations seeking advantage through the implementation of a quality management system; b. Organizations seeking confidence in co-imitation that meets their product requirements; c. Users of products; d. Terminology used in relation to quality management People who need to reach a consensus (such as: suppliers, customers, administrative law enforcement agencies); e. Internal or external personnel and institutions that evaluate the organization's quality management system or audit its compliance according to the requirements of GB/T 19001; f. persons internal or external to the management system who advise or provide training; g. persons who specify relevant standards.
