Scope
This Part of GB/T 19042 applies to those components of dental X-ray equipment with radiographic systems that affect image quality and patient dose. This section applies to performance acceptance tests for dental X-ray equipment with intraoral X-ray image receptors and dental X-ray equipment with extraoral X-ray image receptors (eg dental panoramic X-ray equipment, cranial X-ray equipment). This standard applies to the acquisition and processing of dental film and digital imaging.
