本标准规定了高邮咸鸭蛋的术语和定义、地理标志产品保护范围、产品分类、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、标签、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于国家质量监督检验检疫行政主管部门根据《地理标志产品保护规定》批准保护的高邮咸鸭蛋。
本标准也适用于高邮双黄咸鸭蛋、高邮咸鸭蛋软罐头。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of Gaoyou salted duck eggs, the scope of protection of geographical indication products, product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, packaging, transportation and storage. This standard applies to the geographical indication product Gaoyou Salted Duck Egg approved for protection by the national quality supervision, inspection and quarantine administrative department in accordance with the "Regulations on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products". This standard is also applicable to Gaoyou double-yellow salted duck eggs and soft canned Gaoyou salted duck eggs.
