Introduction

1. Standard Overview

GB/T 19070—2017 is the national standard of the People's Republic of China, and its full name is "Test Methods for Control Systems of Stalled Wind Turbine Generator Sets". This standard replaces the old standard GB/T 19070—2003, and has made important revisions to the test conditions and contents to adapt to technological progress and industry needs.

2. Background of Standard Revision

The revision of this standard was drafted in accordance with the rules of GB/T 1.1—2009, and the following contents were mainly revised:

  • "Outdoor online test" was changed to "field test".
  • The terms "panel" and "operating panel" were deleted, and HMI (human-machine interface) was used uniformly.
  • The test environment requirements were improved, and new contents such as communication test and low temperature performance test were added.

3. Comparison of standard frameworks

5 Test purpose Test purpose
6 Test conditions Test conditions (new environmental requirements)
7 Test content and methods Test content and methods (new communications, low temperature and other tests)

4. Recommendations for Standard Implementation

Case Study: In actual applications, it is recommended that users strictly follow the standard requirements for test preparation and execution. In particular, the following key points:

  • Ensure the validity period of the calibration of the measuring instrument and meet the technical requirements of Appendix A.
  • Verify the performance stability of the control system under extreme conditions such as low and high temperatures.
  • Focus on the analysis of test results of electromagnetic compatibility and safety protection functions.
