《GB/T 19099-2003术语标准化项目管理指南》由TC62(全国语言与术语标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了术语标准化项目各阶段的设置和工作程序的管理,同时也对项目的协调和统一作出了规定。本标准不涉及其他标准中的术语加工、项目管理或质量保证等问题,只是为了满足术语标准化项目管理工作的成员和术语工作组管理人员对术语标准化项目管理的需要。本标准不规定术语工作的原则与方法(见GB/T 10112),不涉及概念、概念体系、术语和定义的协调(见GB/T 16785),不涉及术语标准编写规则(见GB/T 20001.1)及建立和使用术语数据库的原则与方法(见GB/T13725),不涉及项目管理中的质量指南(见ISO10006)。本标准适用于术语标准化项目,包括从最初确定需要到最终满足用户要求和期望的各个阶段。


Scope

This standard stipulates the setting of each stage of the terminology standardization project and the management of work procedures, and also provides for the coordination and unification of the project. This standard does not involve terminology processing, project management or quality assurance in other standards, but only to meet the needs of terminology standardization project management members and terminology working group managers for terminology standardization project management. This standard does not specify the principles and methods of terminology work (see GB/T 10112), does not involve the coordination of concepts, conceptual systems, terms and definitions (see GB/T 16785), and does not involve the rules for the preparation of terminology standards (see GB/T 20001.1 ) and the principles and methods of establishing and using the terminology database (see GB/T 13725), and does not involve quality guidelines in project management (see IS0 10006). This standard applies to terminology standardization projects, including all stages from the initial identification of needs to the final satisfaction of user requirements and expectations.
