《GB/T 19161-2008包装容器 复合式中型散装容器》由TC49（全国包装标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了复合式中型散装容器的产品分类与结构、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输、贮存和使用。本标准适用于盛装液体产品，由刚性塑料内容器和钢质外包装而构成的复合式中型散装容器。

Scope

This standard specifies the product classification and structure, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation, storage and use of composite intermediate bulk containers. This standard applies to composite intermediate bulk containers containing liquid products, which are composed of rigid plastic inner containers (with high molecular weight high-density polyethylene as the main raw material) and steel outer packaging. This standard is also applicable to the packaging of solid goods that may become liquid as the environmental conditions change during transportation.
