本部分规定空机柜和箱体的环境要求和试验以及安全要求，作为对户外无气候防护条件下安装在地面的产品性能的评价。
Scope
This part specifies the environmental requirements, tests and safety requirements for empty cabinets and cabinets, as an evaluation of the performance of products installed on the ground outdoors without weather protection. This part applies to the cabinets and cabinets specified in the size standard of GB/T l9183 (idt IEC 61969). The purpose of this standard is to specify the level of physical properties to meet the requirements of storage, transportation and final installation conditions. It also attempts to provide a basis for comparison and selection of such products in the market.
