本标准给出了水斗式水轮机转轮空蚀保证规范并作为水斗式转轮空蚀量测量评定的基础,该水斗式水轮机的功率、水力比能(水头)、转速、材料和运行条件应在合同中规定。
本标准中空蚀量的测量和评定条款是根据给定时间内和规定的运行条件下,基于材料失重来进行的。
Scope
This standard provides the cavitation guarantee specifications for the bucket turbine runner and serves as the basis for the measurement and evaluation of the cavitation amount of the bucket turbine. The power, hydraulic specific energy (water head), rotational speed, material and operation of the bucket turbine Conditions should be specified in the contract. ' The measurement and assessment terms of the amount of cavitation in this standard are carried out on the basis of material weight loss within a given period of time and under specified operating conditions. When cavitation erosion is likely to occur in the whole or some operating range of the Pelton turbine, it is necessary to limit the degree of cavitation erosion at the end of the operation period specified in the contract in the form of guarantee. Such assurance shall include limitations on the range of operation consistent with the specified operating conditions.
