《GB/T 19184-2003水斗式水轮机空蚀评定》由TC175（全国水轮机标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
本标准给出了水斗式水轮机转轮空蚀保证规范并作为水斗式转轮空蚀量测量评定的基础，该水斗式水轮机的功率、水力比能(水头)、转速、材料和运行条件应在合同中规定。
本标准中空蚀量的测量和评定条款是根据给定时间内和规定的运行条件下，基于材料失重来进行的。
