Material specifications
- Main material: Austenitic stainless steel such as S30408/S31603
- Sealing ring: Rubber material in accordance with GB/T 19228.3
- Connecting steel pipe: Thin-walled stainless steel pipe in accordance with GB/T 19228.2

Implementation suggestions
Selection considerations
- Gas pipelines should preferably use S31603 material
- For DN65 and above, it is recommended to use S type II series to enhance the pressure bearing capacity
- The sealing ring should be checked before installation>Sectional diameter tolerance ±0.4mm
Installation quality control points
- The size of the clamping tool jaws must comply with the requirements of Appendix C
- The hot and cold water system needs to be verified by 1000 temperature cycles
- In vibration situations, 1 million vibration tests
Standard evolution analysis
Compared with the 2011 version, this revision focuses on strengthening the following:
- Pressure level expansion: New PN25 applicable scenarios
- Dimension system improvement: Add European standard series and socket end size $L_\Delta$
- Test method upgrade: Hot and cold water cycle test is changed to dynamic alternating test
