Introduction
Analysis of the core content of the standard
| Technical dimensions | I series (PN≤16) | II series (PN25) |
|---|---|---|
| Applicable media | 9 types of fluids such as drinking water/gas/medical gas | |
| Minimum wall thickness (mm) | 0.6(DN15) | 0.72(DN15) |
| Seal test pressure | 2.5MPa | 3.75MPa |
| Tensile resistance (kN) | 1.98(DN15) | 3.0(DN15) |
Key technical requirements
Material specifications: Fittings must be made of 5 types of stainless steel such as S30408, and the sealing rings must be made of silicone rubber/fluororubber and other materials according to the medium, and the hardness must comply with reference standards such as GB/T 28604.
Ring pressure connectionProcess requirements: Special tools are used to extrude the fittings, sealing rings and pipes, and the socket size tolerance is strictly controlled within the range of ±0.5mm.
Test verification system
- 7 connection performance tests: Including 2500 hot and cold water cycles, 1 million vibration strain tests and other rigorous tests
- Sanitary safety: Pipe fittings for conveying drinking water must pass the GB/T 17219 sanitation evaluation
- Anti-corrosion requirements: Austenitic stainless steel must pass a 240h salt spray test
Implementation suggestions
| Application scenarios | Selection points | Installation precautions |
|---|---|---|
| Gas pipeline | II series pipe fittings are preferred, and the sealing ring material must be oil-resistant | After installation, a 1.05MPa airtightness test must be carried out. |
| Hot water system | Choose S31608 material, and the sealing ring temperature resistance ≥110℃ | A thermal expansion compensation device must be reserved |
Standard Evolution Analysis
This standard systematically regulates the ring pressure connection technology for the first time. Compared with traditional welding/threaded connections:
- Connection efficiency is increased by more than 50%
- Leakage rate is reduced to less than 0.1%
- Seismic performance has been verified by 1 million vibrations
