GB/T 15530“铜合金及复合法兰”系列标准由八个部分组成，本部分为GB/T 15530的第1部分。
本部分自实施之日起代替GB/T 15530.1-1995和GB/T 2505-1989。
本部分是GB/T 15530.1-1995《铜合金整体铸造法兰》和GB/T 2505-1989《船用铸铜法兰（四进位）》的修订版。
GB/T 15530的本部分规定了铜合金整体铸造法兰（以下简称法兰）的型式尺寸和要求。
本部分适用于公称压力不大于PN40和Class300，工作温度不高于260℃的各类阀件和附件用法兰的设计与制造。
本部分与GB/T 2505-1989和GB/T 15530.1-1995相比主要变化如下：
——将原来两个标准整合为一个标准，对标准名称做了修改；
——将法兰型式按密封面分为RF型（突面）、TG型（榫槽面）和FF型（全平面）；
——统一了材料牌号、要求；
——按照GB/T 1.1-2000《标准化工作导则 第1部分：标准的结构和编写规则》的要求对标准进行了重新编写。
Scope
This part of GB/T 15530 specifies the type, size and requirements of copper alloy integral cast flanges (hereinafter referred to as flanges). This part applies to the design and manufacture of flanges for various valves and accessories with nominal pressure not greater than PN40 and Class 300 and working temperature not higher than 260°C.
