《GB/T 21359-2008食品和供水工业用不锈钢螺纹接头》由TC237（全国管路附件标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了食品工业用焊接式不锈钢螺纹接头、限位活接式不锈钢螺纹接头和供水工业用限位活接式不锈钢螺纹接头、推进式不锈钢螺纹接头的型式和尺寸、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标记与标志、包装和贮运等。本标准中规定的食品工业用不锈钢螺纹接头适用于公称尺寸不大于DN100、公称压力不大于PN25的环境中；供水工业用不锈钢螺纹接头适用于公称尺寸不大于DN100、公称压力不大于PN16的环境中；如无特殊需要，一般情况接头的工作温度不大于110℃。本标准适用于薄壁不锈钢管道用螺纹接头的设计、制造和验收。

Scope

This standard specifies the types and dimensions, technical requirements, test methods, Inspection rules, marking and signs, packaging and storage and transportation, etc. The stainless steel threaded joints for the food industry specified in this standard are suitable for environments where the nominal size is not greater than DN100 and the nominal pressure is not greater than PN25; the stainless steel threaded joints for the water supply industry are suitable for environments where the nominal size is not greater than DN100 and the nominal pressure is not greater than PN16 ; If there is no special need, the working temperature of the joint is generally not higher than 110 ℃. This standard applies to the design, manufacture and acceptance of threaded joints for thin-walled stainless steel pipes.
