《GB/T 19425-2003防伪技术产品通用技术条件》由TC218（全国防伪标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了各类防伪技术产品的通用技术要求，以及与它们有关的术语和定义，产品分类、要求，试验、核查和评定方法，验收规则，标志、包装、运输和贮存。本标准适用于各类防伪技术产品（可含配套识读系统），包括防伪标识，结构和（或）包装防伪技术产品，防伪材料，计算机?多媒体数字信息防伪技术产品，生物特征识别防伪技术产品等。本标准也适用于指导各类防伪技术产品标准的编写。

This standard specifies the universal technical requirements of various anti-counterfeiting technical products as well as the terms and definition, product classification, requirements, test, inspection and evaluation methods, regulations of inspection, marking, packing and transportation and storage related to them.
This standard is applicable to various anti-counterfeiting technical products (may include the matching identification system), including the anti-counterfeiting labels, anti-counterfeiting technical product of structure and package, anti-counterfeiting materials, computer science based multichannel anti-counterfeiting products, and anti-counterfeiting technical products of biologic feature of identification.
This standard is also applicable to instructing the development of standards for various anti-counterfeiting technical products.
