Scope

This standard specifies the working procedures, assessment content, technical methods and requirements for the compilation of reports (tables) for the environmental impact assessment of marine engineering construction projects. This standard applies to the environmental impact assessment of marine engineering construction projects in the internal waters, territorial sea and other sea areas under the jurisdiction of the People's Republic of China; regional marine environmental impact assessment, retrospective marine environmental impact assessment and environmental impact assessment of other sea-related construction projects You can refer to it for execution.
