《GB/T 19749-2005耦合电容器及电容分压器》由TC45（全国电力电容器标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国电器工业协会
本标准适用于：a）工业频率为50Hz或60Hz、载波频率为30kHz～500kHz的高压架空线路的电力线路载波(PLC)系统用的耦合电感器；b）电容式电压互感器的电容分压器。对电容式电压互感器的补充要求在GB/T 4703中给出；c）具有一个端子永久接地或处于低电压的用于过电压保护和其他类似用途的电容器。

Scope

This standard applies to: a) Coupling capacitors for power line carrier (PLC) systems of high-voltage overhead lines with an industrial frequency of 50Hz or 60Hz and a carrier frequency of 30kHz to 500kHz, b) Capacitive voltage dividers for capacitive voltage transformers. Supplementary requirements for capacitive voltage transformers are given in GB/T 4703; c) Capacitors for overvoltage protection and other similar purposes with one terminal permanently grounded or at low voltage.
