本标准提出了热喷涂操作人员资格考核的程序。规定了热喷涂操作人员资格考核的基本要求、考核范围、考核条件、认可要求和资格证书。资格考核中,要求热喷涂操作人员对热喷涂工艺、材料及安全性具备一定的实践经验和专业知识,相关资料见附录A。当标准、厂家、检验当局或其他组织要求审查热喷涂人员操作资格时采用本标准。本标准涉及的热喷涂工艺涵盖手工操作和机械化施工。由于热喷涂自动化装置的多样性与专业化,在那些热喷涂操作人员对热热喷涂过程没有直接影响的场合,本标准不适用。资格证书由专职的考官或考核机构颁发。


Scope

This standard presents procedures for the qualification of thermal spray operators. It stipulates the basic requirements, assessment scope, assessment conditions, accreditation requirements and qualification certificates for the qualification assessment of thermal spraying operators. In the qualification assessment, thermal spraying operators are required to have certain practical experience and professional knowledge on thermal spraying process, materials and safety. See Appendix A for relevant information. Use this standard when standards, manufacturers, inspection authorities, or other organizations require review of the qualifications of thermal spray personnel. The thermal spraying process involved in this standard covers manual operation and mechanized construction. Due to the variety and specialization of thermal spray automation equipment, this standard does not apply where the thermal spray operator has no direct influence on the thermal spray process. Qualification certificates are issued by full-time examiners or assessment agencies.
