本标准规定了测定金属材料上单位面积转化膜质量的方法。本方法适用于:——钢铁上的磷酸盐膜;——锌和镉上的磷酸盐膜;——铝及铝合金上的磷酸盐膜;——锌和镉上的铬酸盐膜;——铝及铝合金上的铬酸盐膜。本方法仅适用于没有任何附加覆盖层(例如油膜、水基或溶剂型聚合物膜或蜡膜)的转化膜。


Scope

This standard specifies the method for determining the mass of conversion coating per unit area on metallic materials. This method is applicable to: - phosphate films on iron and steel; - phosphate films on zinc and cadmium; - phosphate films on aluminum and aluminum alloys; - chromate films on zinc and cadmium; - Chromate coatings on aluminum and aluminum alloys. This method is only applicable to conversion coatings without any additional cover layer such as oil film, water-based or solvent-based polymer film or wax film. This method does not specify the presence or absence of bare spots in the measurement area or where the conversion coating thickness is below the specified minimum thickness. Furthermore, some individual values obtained for each measuring surface represent the average thickness of the conversion coating in the area of the measuring surface, and further mathematical analysis of such individual measured values, for example for the purpose of statistical testing, is not possible.
