本部分为石油天然气工业钻井、采油和管道输送设备的开发和运行中寿命周期费用分析方法的应用提供指南。本部分还为本标准第1部分所定义的寿命周期费用分析过程的应用和计算提供指南。本部分并不关注单项设备寿命周期费用的确定,而是关注寿命周期费用分析,以期评估各项目方案之间的费用差异。


Scope

This part provides guidance for the application of life cycle cost analysis methods in the development and operation of drilling, oil production and pipeline transportation equipment in the oil and gas industry. This standard also provides guidance on the application and calculation of the life cycle cost analysis process defined in Part 1 of this standard. This part does not focus on the determination of the life cycle cost of a single item of equipment, but on the analysis of the life cycle cost, in order to evaluate the cost difference between various project schemes.
