《GB/T 20972.1-2007石油天然气工业 油气开采中用于含硫化氢环境的材料 第1部分:选择抗裂纹材料的一般原则》由TC96(全国石油钻采设备和工具标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国石油天然气集团公司。
本标准规定了在石油天然气生产以及脱硫装置中处于硫化氢(H2S)环境中设备的金属材料评定和选择的一般原则、要求和推荐方法。这些设备的失效,会给工作人员以及公众的健康和生命安全带来很大的危害。本标准有助于避免设备发生这种高昂代价的腐蚀损坏。本标准描述了所有由硫化氢所引起的腐蚀开裂机理,包括硫化物应力开裂、应力腐蚀开裂、氢致开裂及阶梯型裂纹、应力定向氢致开裂、软区开裂和电偶诱发的氢应力开裂。


Scope

This part describes and proposes the general principles, requirements and recommended methods for the evaluation and selection of metal materials for equipment in the environment of hydrogen sulfide (H(subscript 2)S) in oil and gas production and desulfurization units. The failure of these devices will bring great harm to the health and life safety of the staff and the public or the environment. This section helps avoid this costly corrosion damage to your equipment. This part supplements rather than replaces the existing material technical requirements in relevant design standards and specifications or detailed rules. This part describes all corrosion cracking mechanisms induced by hydrogen sulfide, including sulfide stress cracking, stress corrosion cracking, hydrogen induced cracking and step cracking, stress oriented hydrogen cracking, soft zone cracking and galvanic couple induced hydrogen stress cracking . Table 1 gives a non-exhaustive list of equipment applicable to this standard, including permitted exceptions. This standard applies to the selection and evaluation of materials used in the design and manufacture of equipment according to conventional elasticity criteria. This section does not necessarily apply to refinery or downstream processing equipment.
