《GB/T 19830-2011石油天然气工业 油气井套管或油管用钢管》由TC355(全国石油天然气标准化技术委员会)归口,TC355SC9(全国石油天然气标准化技术委员会石油专用管材分会)执行,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
Scope
1.1 This standard specifies the technical delivery conditions for steel pipes (casing, tubing, plain end casing liners and pup joints), coupling blanks and accessories, and establishes three product specification levels (PSL-1, PSL-2, PSL-3) requirements. The requirements of PSL-1 are the basis of this standard. Appendix H specifies the standard technical requirements for PSL-2 and PSL-3 product specification grades for all steel grades except H40 and L80 steel grades 9Cr. The specification, quality, wall thickness, steel grade and applicable pipe end processing of the pipes involved in this standard are listed in Table C.1~Table C.3 and Table E.1~Table E.3. After negotiation between the purchaser and the manufacturer, this standard can also be applied to plain-end pipes of other specifications and wall thicknesses. This standard applies to the following joints in accordance with API Spec 5B: —Short round thread casing (STC); —Long round thread casing (IX); —Button trapezoidal thread casing (BC); —Straight connection type casing (XC) ; - Unupset oil pipe (NU); - Externally upset oil pipe (EU); - Integral joint oil pipe (U). For these joints, this standard specifies the technical delivery conditions for couplings and thread protectors. Supplementary requirements for highly leak-resistant joints that can be selected through negotiation are given in A.1KSR22) in Appendix A. This standard is also applicable to pipes with joints not covered by ISO/API standards. 1.2 The 4 groups of products to which this standard applies include pipes of the following grades: - Group 1: all casing and oil pipes of grades H, J, K, N; - Group 2: pipes of grades C, L, M, T All casings and oil pipes; — Group 3: all casings and oil pipes of grade P; — Group 4: all casings of grade Q. 1.3 Casings with specifications larger than 4-1/2 but smaller than 10-3/4 (code 1) can be used as oil pipes as specified by the purchaser, see Table C.1, Table C.24, Table C.30 and Table C.31 Or Table E.1, Table E.24, Table E.30 and Table E.31. 1.4 Appendix A gives the supplementary requirements that can be selected through negotiation between the purchaser and the manufacturer: non-destructive testing, semi-finished couplings, thickened casings, electric welding casings, impact tests, couplings with sealing rings and certificates of conformity. 1.5 This standard does not apply to thread processing requirements.
