《GB/T 19875-2005机械振动与冲击 固定结构的振动 在振动测量和评价方面质量管理的具体要求》由TC53(全国机械振动、冲击与状态监测标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了GB/T 19000族标准用于测量和评价固定结构振动时具体要求的指南,因此是GB/T 19000族质量标准的补充,并且作为ISO 4866技术标准和质量管理标准之间的接口。对结构的实用性、人体的舒适性和(或)安全性而言,结构振动的测量和评价是一项非常重要的工作。不同阶段的工作直到最终报告都是互相关系的,为使最终结果可信,必须保证每一阶段工作执行的质量。当测量和评价结构振动效应的某些性能必须加以论证时,本标准可以在合同中使用。本标准适用于振动评价的不同阶段:――合同评审;――调查方法的选择;――测量位置的选择;――测量设备的选择;――数据处理程序;――诊断要素。
Scope
This standard specifies the guidelines for the specific requirements of the GB/T 19000 family of standards for measuring and evaluating the vibration of fixed structures, so it is a supplement to the GB/T 19000 family of quality standards, and serves as the interface between the ISO 4866 technical standard and the quality management standard . For the practicability of the structure, the comfort and (or) safety of the human body, the measurement and evaluation of structural vibration is a very important task. The different stages of work are interrelated until the final report. In order to make the final result credible, the quality of each stage of work execution must be guaranteed. This standard may be used in contracts when certain properties for the measurement and evaluation of structural vibration effects must be demonstrated. This standard is applicable to different stages of vibration evaluation: -Contract review; -Selection of survey methods; -Selection of measurement locations; -Selection of measuring equipment; -Data processing procedures; -Diagnostic elements.
