本标准规定了用于屏蔽各种噪声源的户外声屏障插入损失的测量方法。它详细说明了户外声屏障插入损失现场测量的过程,包括传声器位置、声源条件及测量地点的声环境。本标准供人们用来测量给定地点和气象条件下声屏障的插入损失。它不能比较安装在不同地点同样一个声屏障的插入损失值。但它可通过直接法来比较一定气象条件下同一地点不同类型的声屏障之插入损失值。
Scope
This standard specifies the measurement method for the insertion loss of outdoor sound barriers used to shield various noise sources. It specifies the process of on-site measurement of the insertion loss of an outdoor sound barrier, including the position of the microphone, the conditions of the sound source and the acoustic environment of the measurement location. This standard is intended to be used by people to measure the insertion loss of acoustic shielding for a given location and weather conditions. It cannot compare insertion loss values for the same barrier installed in different locations. However, it can be used to compare the insertion loss values of different types of sound barriers at the same location under certain meteorological conditions by a direct method. The insertion loss measurement methods given in this standard are: a) measured by the sound pressure level difference before and after the installation of the sound barrier; b) when the sound barrier has been installed, the indirect method can be used to estimate the sound shielding by measuring at another equivalent location Sound pressure level before installation. For an equivalent location, it is required that the characteristics of the sound source, the position of the microphone, the topography, the ground features, the surrounding buildings and the meteorological conditions should be closely consistent. This standard specifies the principle of ensuring sufficient equivalence before and after the installation of acoustic shielding, thereby allowing a certain, reliable, repeatable, insertion loss. This standard uses the equivalent continuous A-weighted sound pressure level, A-meter exposure sound level, octave band or 1/3 octave band sound pressure level and/or maximum sound pressure level as the noise description quantity, and this standard does not include the inherent acoustics of the sound barrier Quantity (such as sound insulation, sound absorption coefficient) determination. This standard can be used for routine determination of sound shielding performance or evaluation of engineering or diagnosis, and is applicable to sound barriers to be installed or already installed.
