《GB/T 19903.12-2008工业自动化系统与集成 物理设备控制 计算机数值控制器用的数据模型 第12部分:车削用工艺数据》由TC159(全国自动化系统与集成标准化技术委员会)归口,TC159SC1(全国自动化系统与集成标准化技术委员会物理设备控制分会)执行,主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本部分是首次制订。 GB/T19903的本部分规定了车削用工艺数据所需的专用数据元素。它与GB/T19903.10中描述的通用工艺数据一起,描述了车削用计算机数值控制器和编程系统(例如:CAM 系统或车间级编程系统)之间的接口。它可用于各式机床的车削操作,包括车床和车削中心。
Scope
This part of GB/T 19903 specifies the special data elements required for process data for turning. Together with the general process data described in GB/T 19903.10, it describes the interface between the computer numerical controller for turning and the programming system (for example: CAM system or workshop level programming system). It can be used for turning operations on a wide variety of machine tools, including lathes and turning centers. In this section, the feature and operational data models for traditional turning operations are covered, including only X and Z axis motion. Features and operations for complex machining involving the C-axis are covered in later sections or in separate documents. Likewise, this part of GB/T 19903 does not cover other processes like milling, grinding, contour cutting or electrical discharge machining. These processes will be described in other parts of the GB/T 19903 series. The main content of the turning model described in this part is to define the special process data type representing the machining characteristics and process of turning operation. This model does not include representation methods, executable objects, and basic types for all common techniques. For specific information, refer to the basic principles of the GB/T 16656 series of standards and GB/T 19903.10. The description of processing data uses the EXPRESS language defined by ISO 10303-11:2004. Data encoding uses GB/T 16656.21-2008.
