《GB/T 19905-2005液化气体运输车》由TC262(全国锅炉压力容器标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了液化气体运输车的设计、制造、试验方法、检验规则和标志等要求。本标准适用于设计压力大于等于0.1MPa,设计温度不低于-50℃的钢制罐体,且由定型底盘或半挂行走机构改装的液化气体运输车。


Scope

This standard specifies the requirements for the design, manufacture, test methods, inspection rules and signs of liquefied gas transport vehicles. This standard applies to steel tanks with a design pressure greater than or equal to 0.1MPa and a design temperature not lower than -50°C, and liquefied gas transport vehicles refitted with shaped chassis or semi-trailer running gear. This standard does not apply to the design and manufacture of the following liquefied gas transport vehicles: ——The tank body is made of non-ferrous metal materials or non-metallic materials; ——The tank body is of vacuum insulation structure; ——The tank body has special requirements for national defense and military equipment. For tank bodies of liquefied gas transport vehicles that cannot be designed using this standard, the following methods are allowed to be used for design, but they need to be evaluated and approved by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Boilers and Pressure Vessels: —— Stress analysis including finite element method; —— Verification Protest analysis (such as experimental stress analysis, confirmatory hydraulic test); ——Contrast empirical design with comparable structures that have been put into use.
