Scope

This standard specifies commonly used terms and definitions related to ship management, crew management, navigation and navigation environment management, navigation marks, dangerous goods management, ship traffic accidents, search and rescue, and ship pollution prevention. This standard applies to the supervision and management of water safety of ships, personnel, cargo and water environment.
