《GB/T 19950-2005双层客车结构安全要求》由TC114（全国汽车标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为工业和信息化部。
本标准规定了双层客车结构的安全要求。本标准适用于GB/T 15089中规定的M2、M3类车辆中Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级双层客车(铰接式双层客车除外)，其他M2、M3类车辆可参照采用。

Scope

This standard specifies the safety requirements for double-deck passenger car structures. This standard is applicable to Class I, II and III double-decker passenger cars (except articulated double-decker passenger cars) of M₂ and M₃ vehicles specified in GB/T 15089, and other M₂, M₃ category vehicles can be adopted by reference.
