Scope

This standard specifies the scope of protection, terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of geographical indication products of Yangcheng Lake hairy crabs. This standard is applicable to Yangcheng Lake hairy crabs approved for protection by the national quality supervision, inspection and quarantine administrative department in accordance with the "Regulations on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products".
