《GB/T 19977-2005纺织品 拒油性 抗碳氢化合物试验》由TC209(全国纺织品标准化技术委员会)归口,TC209SC1(全国纺织品标准化技术委员会基础标准分会)执行,主管部门为中国纺织工业联合会。
本标准用于评定织物对所选取的一系列具有不同表面张力的液态碳氢化合物的抗吸收性。本标准旨在为抗油沾污性提供指导。它能给出一个粗略的拒油等级,通常拒油等级越高,试样抵抗油类材料,尤其是抗液态油类物质沾污的性能越好。本标准特别适用于比较同一基布经不同整剂整后的拒油效果。本标准也可用于测定水洗和干洗处理对试样拒油性的影响。水洗和干洗的处理程序推荐采用GB/T 8629或GB/T 19981.2。本标准不适用于是评估试样抗油类化学品的渗透性能,对于这方面的评定参见ISO 6530。


Scope

This standard is used to evaluate the resistance of fabrics to the absorption of a selected series of liquid hydrocarbons with different surface tensions. This standard is intended to provide guidance on oil stain resistance. It can give a rough oil repellency grade, usually the higher the oil repellency grade, the better the performance of the sample against oily materials, especially against liquid oily substances. This standard is especially applicable to the determination of the effects of water washing and dry cleaning treatments on the oil repellency of samples. It is recommended to adopt GB/T 8629 or GB/T 19981.2 for washing and dry cleaning procedures. This standard is not suitable for evaluating the penetration resistance of oily chemicals, see ISO 6530 for evaluation in this regard.
