《GB/T 19992-2005木工机床 摇臂式圆锯机 术语和精度》由TC84（全国木工机床与刀具标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了摇臂式圆锯机各部分的术语、同时参考GB/T 17421.1-1998，规定了机床的几何精度检验，并给定了相应的允差，适用于一般用途、普通精度锯削滑座行程小于等800mm的机床。对于锯片滑座行程大于800mm的机床的精度过应由用户与制造商达成一致意思确定。本标准只规定机床的精度检验，不适用于机床的运转试验(如振动、异常噪声、零部件的爬行等检验)、也不适用于机床的特性检验(如速度、进给量等)，这些检验一般宜在机床精度检验前进行。本标准对机床的工作精度检验不作硬性规定。其应在用户与制造商之间预先的协议中另行规定。本标准适用于ISO 7984:1988中12.131.122指示的那些机床。

Scope

This standard specifies the terminology of each part of the rocker arm circular saw machine (hereinafter referred to as the machine tool). At the same time, referring to GB/T 17421.1-1998, it specifies the geometric accuracy inspection of the machine tool and gives the corresponding tolerance. It is suitable for general purposes. , Machine tools with ordinary precision sawing slide travel less than or equal to 800mm. The accuracy of the machine tool with the stroke of the saw blade sliding seat greater than 800mm should be determined by the agreement between the user and the manufacturer. This standard only stipulates the accuracy inspection of machine tools, and is not applicable to the operation tests of machine tools (such as vibration, abnormal noise, crawling of parts, etc.), nor is it applicable to the characteristic inspection of machine tools (such as speed, feed rate, etc.), these The inspection should generally be carried out before the accuracy inspection of the machine tool. This standard does not make rigid regulations on the inspection of the working accuracy of machine tools. It shall be specified separately in the prior agreement between the user and the manufacturer. This standard applies to those machine tools indicated in 12.131.122 of ISO 7984:1988.
