《GB/T 20116.1-2006燃料加热装置的试验方法 第1部分：通用部分》由TC121（全国工业电热设备标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
本部分的目的是使适用于所有燃料加热装置的试验条件、基本测量和通用试验方法标准化，以确认其安全和性能方面的技术要求。本部分适用于使用固态、液态和气态燃料加热的各类加热装置，它们主要包括用于熔炼、加热、热处理、化工反应等工艺用途及各种型式的燃料加热装置，如高炉、轧钢加热炉、热处理炉、窑、反应炉等。本部分不适用于家庭、建筑和类似川途的燃料加热器具和取暖设施。本部分应与有关的燃料加热装置的特殊安全和性能标准配合使用。当这些标准不适用时，可由制造厂和川户商定。本部分给出的试验项日既不足强制性的也小具约束性。

Scope

The purpose of this standard is to standardize the test conditions, basic measurements and general test methods applicable to all fuel heating devices to confirm the technical requirements for their safety and performance. This part applies to all kinds of heating devices that use solid, liquid and gaseous fuels for heating. They mainly include various types of fuel heating devices used for smelting, heating, heat treatment, chemical reaction, etc., such as blast furnaces, steel rolling furnaces, Heat treatment furnace, kiln, reaction furnace, etc. This section does not apply to household, building and similar fuel heating appliances and heating facilities. This section should be used in conjunction with the specific safety and performance standards for fuel heating devices. When these standards are not applicable, they can be agreed between the manufacturer and the user. The test items given in this section are neither mandatory nor binding.
