1. Background and significance of the standard
GB/T 2015-2017 White Portland Cement is an important specification for the production, inspection and application of white Portland cement. This standard replaces the previous GB/T 2015-2005 version, and is mainly optimized and improved in terms of components, classification, technical indicators, etc. This standard was proposed by the China Building Materials Federation and is managed by the National Cement Standardization Technical Committee.

3. Interpretation of technical requirements
3.1 Chemical composition index
The technical requirements of white Portland cement are mainly concentrated on chemical composition, physical properties and radioactivity. For example, the sulfur trioxide content shall not exceed 3.5%, and the selective index of chloride ion content is ≤0.06%.
3.2 Physical properties
Physical properties include fineness, setting time, stability and whiteness. The fineness requirement is that the residue on the 45μm square hole sieve is not more than 30.0%, the initial setting time is not less than 45 minutes, and the final setting time is not more than 600 minutes.
3.3 Strength requirements
Strength is an important indicator for measuring cement performance. White Portland cement of different strength grades must meet the flexural and compressive strength requirements specified in Table 1.

- Regularly calibrate testing instruments to ensure that the measurement data is accurate and reliable.
