New extraction system: Using a hydrochloric acid-methanol (4:1) mixed solution, the extraction efficiency is increased by 30% compared with the old standard, especially for hydrophobic compounds such as mabuterol, the recovery rate reaches 92-105%.

Dual-channel purification scheme:For different feed types:
1) Compound feed uses a mixed cation exchange column (MCX)
2) Premix is directly purified using a double filter membrane to reduce matrix interference


Mass spectrometry parameter optimization strategy

Dynamic MRM technology is used to detect 21 compounds in segments according to retention time. Key parameters:
- Sheath gas temperature: 400℃ (50℃ higher than conventional)
- Collision energy: 12-40eV gradient optimization
- Dwell time: 20-50ms/channel


Implementation suggestions

  1. Standard Material Management: It is recommended to purchase certified standard solutions. Easily degradable compounds such as clenbuterol should be stored at -80°C.
  2. Quality Control Points: Each batch of samples should be spiked with an isotope internal standard such as clenbuterol-D9. The recovery rate should be controlled at 85-110%.
  3. Method Validation: Matrix effects should be evaluated for each of the 21 compounds. The standard addition method is recommended for correction.
